Palais Étoile Residence — Paris 17e
Deluxe apartment
The largest of the three. A real living room, a separate bedroom, and enough space to accommodate up to five people without feeling cramped.
The Apartment
An entire apartment, not just a room
45 m² in a quiet location, with a closed room, a living room where you can entertain guests and a kitchen where you can actually cook. You enter using your personal code, without having to go through a front desk—and you live at your own pace.
In detail
What You'll Find When You Arrive
Sleeping Arrangements
A 140-cm queen-size bed in the private bedroom. In the living room, a sofa bed for two (140 cm) and a chaise longue for one person (90 cm). Sheets and linens are provided.
The Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchenette: stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso machine. Dishes and cooking utensils for actual cooking, not just reheating.
The bathroom
Shower, washer/dryer in the apartment, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, towels, and toiletries. Vacuum cleaner and cleaning kit available upon request.
Who It's For
The largest—and the only one that's accessible
Forty-five square meters with a real living room: the Deluxe is the perfect place to entertain guests, settle in for two weeks, and the only one accessible to people with limited mobility.
Wheelchair accessible
A spacious elevator, unobstructed pathways, and an accessible bathroom: the apartment is accessible to people with limited mobility, from the building’s entrance to the bedroom.
Five travelers at ease
A queen-size bed in the separate bedroom, a sleeper sofa for two, and a chaise longue for one in the living room, with enough space to move around between them.
Stays That Last
A large table, a real kitchen, and a washer-dryer combo: everything you need to live a normal life rather than camping.
You are at Porte Maillot, in the 17th arrondissemente arrondissement: a residential neighborhood that’s bustling year-round, with its markets, bakeries, and bistros. Metro Line 1 takes you to the Arc de Triomphe in one stop, to the Louvre without changing trains, and to La Défense in ten minutes. The RER C line heads toward the Eiffel Tower, and the Bois de Boulogne begins right at the end of the street.
