Payment, Changes, Cancellation: What Applies to Your Stay.

RESERVATIONS

Payment for the entire stay (nights, cleaning fees, and tourist tax) must be made 7 days before your arrival—or immediately if your arrival is less than 7 days away.

For extended stays: A deposit equal to the cost of the first night is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 7 days before arrival.

CANCELLATIONS

More than 7 days before arrival: cancellation at no charge and a full refund (including the deposit).

Exception: If you chose to pay for the entire stay in advance, a bank fee of 3 % will be deducted from the refund (a fee that we incur when processing the refund).

Less than 7 days before arrival: only the cleaning fee and the visitor’s tax will be refunded. The first night’s stay (or the deposit paid) is non-refundable.
