Your code
One code, six digits
You will receive your code before arrival. It is personal, valid for the entire duration of your stay, and unlocks both the building entrance and the door to your apartment.
How to Use It
- Enter the six-digit code on the building's door keypad
- The same code on your apartment's lock
- No key—nothing to return when you leave
If the code doesn't work
- Please make sure you arrive after 3:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival
- Dial it slowly, digit by digit
- Message us on WhatsApp: we can unlock your device remotely
Good to Know
- The code is yours alone: do not share it
- It stops working after the departure time
- The elevator is spacious: you can go straight up with your luggage
Luggage
Before arrival, after departure
The residence does not have a front desk or a luggage storage area. However, we can store your luggage for you. Monday through Friday, from 12:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., by reservation and subject to availability.
