For your comfort, turn the mattress over for making a bed.

For the meridians, the fitted sheet, the flat sheet and the pillows are in the drawer under the meridian.

Check-out time is 11:00 am on the day of your departure.

If you wish to keep your apartment longer, it’s possible to have a late check-out subject to availability with an extra fee.

To be able to provide a late check-out, we must condemn the following night, that’s why an additional cost between 80.00€ and 150.00€ (depending on the period) will be applied.

It’s imperative to book it as soon as possible because we have limited availability.

To make you feel comfortable, on the day of your arrival, we have put at your disposal, free of charge, bottles of mineral water in the fridge, coffee and tea pods as well as cleaning products, toilet paper, paper towels and hygiene products… .

For the rest of your stay, we invite you to get what you need from the nearest supermarkets listed hereinafter.

Tips : In Paris, the tap water is drinkable and quite tasty !

MICROWAVE :

To operate the microwave, simply turn the top knob (TIME) to select the desired number of minutes.

Then you have to wait 3 seconds for it to start.

The lower knob (PROGRAM) is only used to select the power.

COMBINED WASHING-DRYER MACHINE :

The washing and drying programs are separate.The detergent caps must be put inside the drum.To program a WASHING cycle, turn the knobs to select your program : For example, (MIX 40°C) is the most used program.

When the washing cycle is over, to start the DRYER cycle : Press the touch screen “Séchage” until the desired drying time is reached (30 minutes, 1:00 hour or 2:00 hours) :

Arrival: 3.00 PM – We make every effort to ensure that your accommodation is available as soon as possible and no later than 3.00 PM

Departure: 11.00 AM – On the day of departure the accommodation must be vacated by 11.00 AM at the latest. After 11:15 AM, for security reasons, your codes will no longer work and you will no longer have access to the building and the apartment.

STATE OF THE PREMISES: The apartments are checked before being made available. If you dispute any damage on arrival, please notify us immediately by email at palaisetoile@gmail.com. In the absence of any dispute, the inventory of fixtures will be deemed compliant and accepted without reservation.

INVENTORY:

The apartments are equipped with the following items:

-6 large plates, 6 small plates, 6 soup plates, 6 bowls, 6 glasses, 6 stemware, 6 mugs, 6 coffee cups, 1 silicon strainer, 2 glass salad bowls, 3 frying pans, 3 saucepans, 24 cutlery sets, 1 Nespresso machine, 1 electric kettle, 1 toaster, 1 hair dryer, 1 mini ironing board and 1 iron.

If you notice that any equipment is missing on your arrival, please inform us immediately by email at palaisetoile@gmail.com.

In the absence of any dispute, the inventory will be deemed to be in conformity and accepted without reservation.

CANCELLATION: In the event of cancellation, the amounts paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. The entire deposit will be retained.

SMOKING AREA: Smoking is strictly forbidden in the common areas and inside the apartments.

INTERNET / WI-FI NETWORKS: Internet/Wi-Fi access is included in the rental. The WIFI code and password are indicated behind the apartment entrance door. RESIDENCE PALAIS ETOILE cannot be held responsible for any temporary interruption of the Internet service due to the access provider or any other cause beyond its control. No refund or commercial discount will be made in case of unavailability of network access.

RESOLUTORY CLAUSE : The furnished properties described below are exclusively rented on a seasonal basis, as a temporary residence and for the pleasure of the lessee.

HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING / HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES : RESIDENCE PALAIS ETOILE cannot be held responsible for any malfunction or misuse of air conditioning, heating and household appliances (washing machine, hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster) for any reason beyond its control. No refund or commercial discount will be made in case of unavailability during the stay.

RESPONSIBILITY : All accommodation has been checked and examined by RESIDENCE PALAIS ETOILE The descriptions given are in accordance with reality and have been written in good faith. In case of complaint, the tenant undertakes to inform within 48 hours by e-mail: palaisetoile@gmail.com. The customer agrees to collaborate with RESIDENCE PALAIS ETOILE to try to solve the problem. Any complaints notified after the end of the stay will not give rise to any refund. RESIDENCE PALAIS ETOILE reserves the right to terminate the contract before or during its execution if unforeseeable circumstances or a case of force majeure would make the use of the apartment impossible.

RESIDENCE PALAIS ETOILE reserves the right to assign other accommodation with similar or superior characteristics. If the customer refuses the transfer of the reservation, no compensation will be granted.

INTERVENTION / REPAIR: If during the stay RESIDENCE PALAIS ETOILE has to intervene at the request of the tenant (request necessarily formulated by mail) of the companies to repair damaged equipment (clogged pipes, damaged household appliances, broken windows…) and if his responsibility is involved, these interventions will be invoiced.

RESPECT AND LIFE OF OTHERS:

The rental is strictly reserved for the tenants registered at the time of booking and cannot exceed the number of people registered at the time of booking.

Animals are not accepted.

The tenants will have to use their apartments peacefully and respect the peace and quiet of their neighbors. Parties or any other noisy events are strictly forbidden.

In the event of noise pollution, RESIDENCE PALAIS ETOILE reserves the right to expel the offenders without compensation or refund of the stay.
