Booking and cancellation conditions

RESERVATIONS :

Payment for the entire stay (nights, cleaning costs, tourist tax) must be made 7 days before the date of arrival, or immediately if your arrival is less than 7 days away.

CANCELLATIONS :

+ 7 days before arrival: no charge.
If for any reason you have paid for your stay before the 7 days and you wish to cancel your booking before the 7 days: a bank charge of 3% will be deducted from your refund.

- 7 days before arrival: Refund of cleaning and tourist taxes ONLY.
