Rules of procedure
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE : Arrival: 3:00 pm - We do our best to ensure that your accommodation is available as early as possible and no later than 3:00 pm. Please let us know your approximate arrival time. Departure: 11:00 am - On the day of departure, the accommodation must be vacated by 11:00 am at the latest.
EARLY ARRIVAL - LATE DEPARTURE :
It is possible, depending on availability and on request, to arrive earlier on the day of your arrival or to leave later on the day of your departure from the apartment for an additional charge:
Early check-in: Between €80 and €120 depending on the season.
Late Checkout: Between 80€ and 120€ depending on the season
WARRANTY DEPOSIT : The sum of 500€ for the rental of an apartment will be «pre-registered» and «non-cashed» automatically on your credit card as a security deposit. This sum will be released the day after your departure, unless you deduct the amount of any damage caused.
CONDITION OF PREMISES : Apartments are checked before being made available. If you wish to report any damage on arrival, please notify us immediately by e-mail at palaisetoile@gmail.com. In the absence of any complaint, the inventory of fixtures will be deemed to be in order and accepted without reservation.
INVENTORY :The apartments are equipped with the following:-6 large plates, 6 small plates, 6 soup plates, 6 bowls, 6 glasses, 6 stemware, 6 mugs, 6 coffee cups, 1 silicone strainer, 2 glass bowls, 3 saucepans, 3 pots and pans, 24 place settings, 1 Nespresso machine, 1 electric kettle, 1 toaster, 1 hairdryer, 1 mini ironing board and 1 iron. Should you notice a lack of equipment on arrival, please inform us immediately by email at palaisetoile@gmail.com. In the absence of any objection, the inventory will be deemed to be in order and accepted without reservation.
CANCELLATION : In the event of cancellation after 7 days before your arrival date, the sums paid will not be reimbursed under any circumstances, with the exception of the tourist tax and cleaning charges.
SMOKERS : Smoking is strictly prohibited in common areas and inside apartments.
PETS : We are happy to welcome your pets by prior arrangement. Please note that for reasons of comfort and space, only small and medium-sized dogs are accepted; large dogs are unfortunately not allowed on the premises. In accordance with legislation, these size restrictions do not apply to assistance dogs, which are welcome on our premises.. A specific cleaning fee may be charged during your stay to ensure perfect hygiene for subsequent occupants.
INTERNET & WIFI :
Internet access and WIFI are included in the rental price. The wifi network and password are indicated behind the apartment entrance door. Our company cannot be held responsible for any temporary interruption of Internet service due to the service provider or any other cause beyond its control.
No refunds or discounts will be given in the event of unavailability of network access.
HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING / APPLIANCES :
Our company cannot be held responsible for any malfunction or misuse of the air conditioning, heating and household appliances for any reason whatsoever beyond its control. No refunds or discounts will be made in the event of unavailability during the stay.
RESPONSIBILITY :
Our company reserves the right to terminate the rental before or during the stay if unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure make it impossible to use the apartment.
We reserve the right to allocate other apartments with similar or superior features.
If the transfer of another apartment is not possible, we will refund the full amount of the stay.
RESPECT AND LIFE OF OTHERS :
Guests are expected to use their apartments with serenity and to respect the peace and quiet of their neighbors.
Parties and other noisy events are strictly forbidden.
